YOGA Session :)

   Woohoo~ Attending  Yoga Class as beginner with friends, Nervous + Excited + Happy :) It is possible i would be more flexible after this?? Hahaha

Yoga session last for 1  hour and 15 mins, quite relaxing, but we sweat too.. nice!! I love it.. I felt muscle pain on my hand the day after but worthy.. Hmm....hope i would be more flexible after attending yoga class.. hehe..:)
